D'Omes Donuts

I’m so excited for this announcement! My dream of starting a donut brand has come to life! And it’s called D’Omes Donuts!

When it’s about food, I love to flex my creativity. Elevated versions of accessible delicacies also make my heart sing. I became inspired to bring a gourmet version of the American donut to Dubai after listening to a podcast about a little donut shop in Paris that did the same thing. My supper club, which was newly launched at the time, was the perfect outlet to experiment with different flavors and impart them on willing customers.

I absolutely love the process of making dough and transforming it into puffy bites of deliciousness. Creating Arabic-fusion flavors also represents my Syrian-American upbringing, bridging both East and West through the vessel of a beautiful donut.

Donut bites, as opposed to the whole thing, feels perfect for the people of Dubai. Dubai enjoys indulging, but not overly so. These delicate bites are for everybody, and they also make a gorgeous gift.
